2018 International Youth Forum on Creativity and Heritage along the Silk Roads

In May 2018, under the guidance of UNESCO, the Belt and Road Forum for Literature & the International Youth Forum on Creativity and Heritage along the Silk Roads were successfully held during the Nanjing Historical and Cultural City Expo. Hannah, an Ethopian young woman who attended the forum was particularly impressed by the literary traditions of Nanjing. On behalf of the youths from the 40 countries participating in the forum, she wrote a letter to President Xi Jinping to report her feelings, using some writing paper having a brand history of 400 years. She then received a kind reply from President Xi.
